Fractal Design - Focus G + Using all drives bay + Focus Gold 550W (power cables concern)

Hi,
I'm currently picking parts up for a new system and I have a small concern
I intend to use the Fractal Design - Focus G case
with 3 drives (2 mechanical + 1 ssd + 1 dvd drive)

I'm wondering if I'll be able to connect all drives (the ssd would be behind the power supply, 2 mechanical drives in the drive "cage" and 1 optical drive at the top, they are quite far apart, and unless I'm mistaken the power supply I'm planning to use (550w either a seasonic focus gold, or evga g3) only have 2 cables to carry sata power. I'm unsure I'll be able to reach all drives.

Anyone has the case and used it in a similar setup?
Am I going to need 3 sata power cables for this to work?
I'm assuming 550w would have been enough if it weren't for that, but otherwise what are my options, I'm assuming bump the PSU up to a 650w model with 3 sata power cables?

I'd like to keep the price down if I can, I had a build at around 1350 a few weeks back but the price of a few things jumped up and I'd rather try to avoid having it increase even further... I'm hoping for a few good deals on black friday at this point...

This unit I believe has generally longer cables than the Focus Plus, and if I'm not mistaken I think it had better ripple, noise and voltage regulation in testing. This is really one of the all time greatest units there has ever been for under 100 bucks. I ran my 290x with an overclocked FX-8320 on it for about two years and have been running my overclocked 6700k with it for another three. No issues so far and I've never heard ANYBODY complain that the G2 unit they owned was lacking in any way.

Seasonic is great, don't get me wrong, I just think that for the price this Super Flower built unit is a better option.

Sadly it is also much more expensive in canada (137.98 @ amazon.ca), 42$ more than the Seasonic I had picked, it's a bit too much
Would any of these do? (if I stick to 550W or 650W the price difference isn't as bad)

Those seem to come with 3 sata power cables which would avoid any issues for sure, still slightly more expensive but at least it stays reasonable.

Yes, I think the G2 650w unit or the Focus Plus Gold 650w unit would both be good choices. When you get to 650w you start seeing additional connectors and some options not usually found on 550w or lower models, although that model would probably be just fine, the one you originally posted, as well. I like the extra 100w and I think you would do well to have it if you would like the PSU to be quieter and perform better under high demand operations.

I normally don't like anything under 650W because of those reasons, better cabling options on the 650W and 750W PSU's.

I'll go with either the G2 650w unit or the Focus Plus Gold 650w, depending on whichever is cheaper once we reach black friday.
