I currently have 2 120mm and 2 140mm. I am thinking of doing 2 front intake 1 exhaust in back, and either intake or exhaust on the bottom. I dont want to remove the silencing foam so the real question is bottom intake or exhaust?

Solution
I would do this as the Case is designed to have an inverted PSU.

1. Invert the PSU so the fan is drawing the air from the base of the case if the fan is at the top of the PSU.
2. Use the front and bottom of case fans as intakes. You can use an easy use pantyhose as a filter to bring down dust collection.
3. Use the 2 top fans and the rear fan (case back fan) for the case as exhaust.

This will give really good airflow from top to bottom.

If your case sits on a carpeted floor go to a hardware store and grab a 24" tile for like $3 and place the case on it. The hard surface will let the air flow better. If it is on Hardwood floors then no worry.

If you want to get even better airflow look to switching to higher CFM fans, but a my...

If you want to get even better airflow look to switching to higher CFM fans, but a my warning is the higher the CFM you go the more jet-like your case becomes.
