Hey guys
I just bought a fractal design S and placed two rads, with a 360 on front with 3 fans exhausting air out!
And a 240 rad on to with two fans blowing air inside, and I added a third fan on the to as well :)
The rear have a 140mm fan blowing air out!
So in summary I have 3 fans on front blowing air out! And 3 fans on top blowing air IN ! And last a fan blowing out :)
Will this percent my custom loop from performing well ?

Solution
Well, not really. If I have understood correctly, your front fans are exhaust fans (taking the air out of the case) while your top fans are intake (take the cold air in the case) and your rear fan is is an exhaust as well. So the rear fan is ok, but the front fans need to be intake (they need to take cold air INSIDE the case) while top fans have to be exhaust (they need to take hot air OUT of the case).

heat naturally rises, so you would benefit more from the top being exhaust. also, the top has no dust filter, the front does, so you are pulling all the dust from outside the case and passing it through both of your rads. you arent using the dust filter at all in your current configuration.
