Fractal Meshify C left front USB 3.0 Not working!

Hey,

I just recently picked up the Fractal Design Meshify C, put it all together to find that only the right usb port works on the front panel... but not the left. I opened up the case and ensured that it was correctly plugged in - but still nothing happened. I checked on the my motherboards website (Gigabyte) for USB 3.0 drivers, however they are not supported on Windows 10... ;/

I'm really not sure what to do... any help would be much appreciated!

can you check again the usb 3.0 front panel connector? if one of your usb ports dont work, then that means you didnt properly push the plug in. some of the pins arent in contact properly. try a bit harder and make sure its all the way in. if both of the ports dont work, then its a driver issue or an issue on the board or just the right usb ports wires are loose inside the cases component. could also be a bent CPU socket pin on the mount of your board and youll just have to realign it if you found a couple.

Yea I guess its faulty then because its still not working.... ;(

are you sure? are you really really sure? :/ this happens to me sometimes when i reattach the USB connector. detach and try to reconnect again and make sure the pins arent bent in there. its really tight and give a little wiggle from side to side

Yea i just don't get why it wouldnt work otherwise.. No wiggle room and the blank pin is linked up with the blank pin on the mobo. I contacted fractal and maybe the will know what to do..
