Fractal R4 with GIGABYTE Z97X-SLI motherboard and H100i cooler

Hi guys, first time poster looking for some advice.

I'm building my first rig and planning on getting the R4 and H100i cooler.

Now, the design spec of the R4 says it supports some 240mm rads, depending on configuration of the mobo. My question is would it fit with mine?

The H100i should fit.
Consider air coolers as well such as Noctua NH D14 if you want a quieter cooler.
