Fractal vs Phanteks

Hello,

I was wondering what which computer case that I should pick for my first PC build.
I have decided that I want to keep the build a little smaller, so will be sticking to a mATX size.
My two favorites, and the ones I am having a hard time deciding from are:

Fractal Define Mini C
Phantecks Enthoo Evolv TG mATX

I also live in Canada, so the prices are a little off. The Fractal case is at 95 & the Phanteks is at 180 (at th time of me posting this thread) - which is a considerable difference.
Essentially, I'm wondering what everyone thinks that I should do?
Save some money & go for a solid Fractal build?
Or spend a little bit more for a tempered glass Phanteks case?

Edit:
I don't plan to buy a new cpu cooler until much later. This would most likely be a AIO style like the NXZT Kraken, and not a custom water cooling (which the Phanteks is essentially made for)

What I like about the Fractal case is the ease / intuitiveness of the internal design & the smaller form factor (when compared to the Phanteks)
But the Phanteks case has a better outer appearance (imo), tempered glass, and the RBG LED integration is nice too.

Solution
Full disclosure I have a fractal R4 and never built with a Phanteks case.

If YOU find the difference worth the $85 difference then get the Phanteks. If not then Fractal is a solid brand and would not loose any sleep over getting what is still a good quality case.

Thanks for the replies guys!
I forgot to put this in the question (I will edit it now) but I don't plan to buy a new cpu cooler until much later. This would most likely be a AIO style, and not a custom water cooling (which the Phanteks is essentially made for)

Do those outweigh the $80 plus premium? Should I not bother with the Phanteks since I am not going to do a custom water cooled build?
I feel like I should be leaning more towards the Fractal case, as I have heard almost everyone who bought it loves it.
