[SOLVED] Frame dipping

So recently I've been having this problem where I'll be running a game (overwatch) at around 200 frames but every 10 seconds or so it'll drop 20-40 frames for about a half second and then get right back up. It's super noticeable and very annoying. Like my entire screen stutters for a second. The weird thing is that I have a 144hz monitor so I shouldn't even be feeling the drops when it goes to 180 or so. This problem just began recently and I haven't changed any physical components in my pc or have done any software changes. I've already checked my cpu and gpu tempatures and they are both fine. I have a 1660 Super and a I5 9600KF. Thanks.

Just discord, I constantly check my task manager and I can't find anything.

My CPU is usually at 60%
My GPU is about 80%
I have 24GB of Ram

No it happens on everything. I've also tried cleaning my pc so that might have messed up something idk

Do a clean full reinstall of windows.
Possibly some software failure in your system.

Before that,i would try to reinstall all the games that there is a problem in,its easier than reinstall the whole OS
