Question Frame drops to 0-1 when playing Warzone or Battlefront 2. But work perfectly on games like Destiny 2, LoL, Osu.

I have an i7-10700KF, 2070 Super, 40GB RAM. Whenever I go start up Call Of Duty Warzone the game works perfectly fine until I hit the UI then my frame drops to 1 but whenever I tab out the game is running a smooth 75fps due to vsync. I've tried numerous troubleshoot problems like changing my GPU, repairing the game, and changing the file destination. Does anyone have a similar problem and manage to fix it?
