i have an acer 144hz monitor. I have an i5 9400F, 16gb ddr4 2666, b360m mortar titanium msi, nzxt kraken x52 240mm liquid cooler, asus strix rtx 2070 8gb, 250gb ssd, 1tb hdd, with an 80+ white 650w power supply, and im using a display port cable. In almost all games. it will be running good then all the sudden, it will stutter or most of the time it will get frame drops every 5secs about and make the game unplayable, it does this on vr too. all drivers are up to date, and so is mobo bios. I payed $1,500 to build my pc and all the games are unplayable due to these frame drops, and i cant see a problem with the temp. I have unactivated windows 10 for my op system, i cannot find out why any of this is happening.
