Ever since about 2 days ago I have been getting horrible stutters and performance. For example on Rust I used to average a constant 90 fps with minimal frame drops, now I average about 70 with constant frame drops down to 30 fps. I tried following this video

but the drops haven't been any better if not worse. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you! Edit: it is across all games.

GPU: Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB OC Video Card
PSU: Corsair CX Series 550w
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200MHz
Storage: Samsung 1TB SSD 2.5"
Motherboard: MSi - B450 Tomahawk ATX AM4 Motherboard
Case: CoolerMaster MasterBox Lite 5
