Hey guys! I have a i7-4779K 3.50GHz, a RX 570 8GB OC and I have a SSD with 500gb. This has been happening in every game that I play (Rocket League, CSGO, Valorant, Apex and sometimes on GTA V) and I don't know what is causing these frame drops. I don't know if I have to buy another CPU because I saw that one of the reasons that frame drops happens is because of CPU overheating. I asked on reddit and a guy said it could be bottleneck but doubts it.

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram usage? how much ram do you have?
how full is the ssd?
cpu's temp is at 67º gpu's temp is at 52º
RAM is at 93% i have 8gb (2x4gb)
only windows stuff is on the ssd which is at 146gb of 464gb and my stuff like games and school work is on a hdd which I used 311gb of 464gb

Full system specs and what cable is plugged into monitor and gpu?

And the cables are HDMI and VGA.

Do you have 2 monitors?
Do you have 2 diffrent ram modules? And only 2x4gig.
Your ram need a upgrade. 2x8gig in a kit to run in daul channel
Yes i do have two monitors and I don't have two different ram modules according to my dad.
But 2x4gb to switch for the ones I have currently or to add to the ones i have?
And I forgot to say that a few weeks ago I didn't have those frame drops.

it a bottleneck as reddit people mention, 93% usage is already enough to call it bottleneck.

What the cause of 93% can be look into Task Manager->More Detail->Detail->Memory (Active Private Working Set).
Pressing on Memory(Active Private Working Set) tab will shorting from highest to lowest memory usage.

I assume you are using Win10 here.

I don't know if my dad cloned or fresh installed the os but no i didn't remove the old hdd. that hdd is where i store my games and my stuff, on the ssd has only windows stuff

wait a saw those stats with the amd software tool but on the task manager show different numbers. i don't know what's more trust-worthy.

and i would like to add that I installed the visual c++ 2019 both 32-bit and 64-bit versions and the frames didn't drops as frequently but still dropped
