Question Frame drops

I've been getting horrific frame drops in games like fortnite, valorant, and even siege. This is never happened before but i noticed them after the last two driver updates for amd. When I do stress tests like Kombuster and furmark, they all have good results, yet when i play the games the frame drops are really bad. I've tried using ddu to reinstall drivers, I went back to 4.1.23 adrenalin drivers, yet I still experience stuttering and frame drops. My specs are rx6600, 5600g, 16gb ddr4 3200 ram, 400w, and a520m s2h.

What are the RAM settings in the BIOS of the motherboard? XMP enabled?
Brand and model of the RAM?
Brand and model of the PSU?

I have xmp enabled,i have the team force vulcan z 3200 ram 16 gb dual kit. I have the evga 400w psu
