Frame jumping ingame

Hello,
Whenever I play a game, after about 10 - 20 minutes my game starts "fastforwarding" like its just jumping threw frames, and then I end up back before it happened.. I need to reboot every time to fix this, but the same happens when I start playing again. Anyone experienced something like this?

Edit: Think I might figured it out. Seems like either the game, or my computer couldnt handle two processors on the same game.. Removed one, and the game runs smootly again!
