Bought a new monitor and after that this happend (see link).
Brought it back to the store and the problem was not the monitor they said after testing it.

So I have not idea what to do cause I dont even now what to call this problem.
Made my old TV the main monitor and the problem does not occur on it.

Specs.
GPU Asus 1080Ti
CPU Intel 4770K

Solution
Found out that its called ghosting/breakup trailing. A sort of afterimage that you can see appears when i move the screen around. Look at the door it is quite visible. And it is a problem that apparently exist on all of these monitors so I can truly recommend to NOT buy one if you want it for gaming. Here's another link on a longer video/review were you can see it, to look from 17:30 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AF3-oEW_2xs&t=1049s
