To start off im new here and relatively new to custom built PCs so if this is in the wrong area sorry. So i just had a new computer put together recently and have been noticing i will randomly drop down to below 10 frames. it started while playing the division i was at around 55-60 frames then when i went into do the main missions for the base upgrades where you can do match making with other people i would be at 1-10 frames for most of the fights. even when just free roaming i would occasionally have really bad stuttering and below 10fps. Also while playing h1z1 king of the hill i would be at upwards of 160 frames running then randomly drop down to 5 frames. This usally happened when people started shooting but it did happen once or twice when i was just running along and nothing was happening.
I have an AMD Radeon R9 380 with and intel i5-4690k. My drivers are up to date with 16.3.1 and i performed a prime95 stress test for a little over 3 hours without failing anything and max heat of 84c and also ran a FurMark test on my gpu with a burn-in score of 4527 at 1920x1080 with no AA at an avg of 50 fps. Says for clock speeds the GPU core was at 980MHz and memory at 1475MHz. is there something im over looking because i feel like i shouldn't be getting these frame rate drops so hard and so often.
