So, this has been happening for a while now. My computer is all sorts of messed up, i have problems with windows explorer, my wallpaper disappearing along with my taskbar. I can usually run games like Rainbow six siege, pubg, and fortnite just fine, but now whenever i try to i get sudden fps drops. I'll give a dxdiag report for my specs. Any fixes?

A potential problem I see is dell inc. It's very possible your cpu is overheating causing it to thermal throttle. Download msi afterburner and monitor cpu temps while gaming and let me know what the cpu temperature is at if you don't mind.

OHM says its max is 71C and its value is 55C without any games running
If the max temp is 71 and its at 55c without anything running i'm pretty sure you are running into heat problems causing your games to slow down. If possible, try and upgrade your cpu cooler and get some better airflow in your computer.
