After reading Intel Temp Guide my worries is gone, however I have another issue now. In games like Witcher 3, SWTOR, Civ5,RDR2 or basically in any game I play I'm getting sudden frame rate drops, it recovers itself after a second or two, something is wrong with my computer parts? or is it the MSI Afterburner overlay causing this? Cannot turn off the overlay since its showing vital info while in game.

Should I enable Windows 10's Game Mode?

Windows 10 1903 (disabled Superfetch and Windows Update via gpedit.msc)
GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
i7 4790k 4.0Ghz (no overclock)
games runs on a hdd
16GB RAM DDR3 dual channel

I usually play in low-mid settings, any ideas?

msi afterburner has 0% affect on your fps. What other apps are running in the background?Game mode doesnt improve fps,it only helps when you are running other apps in the background.1 thing you should try is to cap your fps to lets say 60fps.Doing that reduces chances of fps drops
