I recently got a few new pieces of hardware, and continued to use Windows 8 until recently, when I made the switch to 10.
I added a GTX 1080 FE, i7 6800k, ASUS Strix x99 mobo.
I only posted here because I believe it's related to the OS. When I am watching a video on my right monitor, I see a lot of frame rate drops gaming on the left. For instance, I like to game and watch the Cubs play if they are. Games now become a little choppy, and frame rate dips by I would guess 20%, maybe more a times. My main monitor is a ASUS PG279Q, my other monitor is Benq GL2760H. Would the difference in refresh rates cause this? Or am I correct in assuming it's an issue with Windows 10, as I never had this issue in Windows 8, even with this hardware.
