Hi guise!. need help

Me and my brother bought brand new gaming RIGS at the same time. with windows 10 64bit. however on testing games. on MU LEGEND and League of Legends it seems like the i5 7600k with MSI GTX 1060 is getting more FPS than i7 7700k with ASUS GTX 1070. The i5 7600k/GTX1060 is getting like 170-200+FPS while the i7 7700k/GTX 1070 is getting 144-170FPS. same as MU Legend. do you know what might be the problem?. tried to run the game without any other background application running both on gaming mode. Here's the full specs of our RIGs.

Solution
Those differences could be down to drivers or game settings. As you're both past 144 fps it doesn't really matter. Better to test with something that's going to drag down those fps and compare then.
@volkgren, maybe later i will try it to other games to see if it will give same result. but its weird that i7/1070 is outperformed by i5/1060.
btw the only difference is the games that i mentioned is installed in SSD for i5/gtx1060 but in i7 7700k/gtx 1070 i installed it to my HDD. however i dont think it will have big effect on FPS since i7 and gtx 1070 is far more better in performance than i5/gtx 1060.

for Game settings its the same all on MAX settings. ill double check later for Drivers.
I checked some youtube videos for i7 7700k/gtx 1070 benchamark and on League of Legends they're getting like 200-300FPS on max settings. and on my end im not even getting 200 FPS.

in League of Legends, compared the FPS on respawn after LOADING. on i7 started around 140FPS but on i5 started around 210FPS.

maybe ill try it to different games later to see if they will give same results. and may i ask if the Monitor may affect the FPS results?. we both have 60hz monitors but i have a 3yrs old DELL monitor while he has a new one ASUS VZ249H both 24'. set both to 1920x1080 reso.

Hi guise!. already fixed the issue on the FPS. its on the drivers i tried to remove all GPU drivers and reinstall it with the latest drivers and it works. now getting 200-300 FPS on League of Legends. OP!,

thank you guise for helping! @4745454b @Major_Trouble @Volkgren
