Question Frame rates @ 3440x1440p??

Hi all,

I'd like to hear from users running ultra wide set ups.

Currently I am running an 8700k with 1080ti, 27in 2560x1440p @ 165Hz.

Titles such as BF4 and PUBG I rarely see the frames dip with settings on ultra.

What kind of performance could be expected with say 34in 3440x1440p @ 100Hz with similar specs?

Also any opinions or experience regarding the everyday use with curved monitors especially CAD use would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have experience directly but the math will give you an indication - 33% more pixels to render in games will have an impact.

Just eyeball between the 4k and 1400p results:

So will still get to 100fps, some wont.
