Frame Rates change every time I play.

I mostly play WoW and BF4. But every time I play my FPS changes, not by 1 or 2 but by 30-40. Sometimes while playing WoW I'll be somewhere in Dalaran and I'll get around 70 fps, go to bed, or come back a few hours or even 20-30 minutes later, log back on and I'll only get around 30 fps in the same location. The same goes for BF4, I even play on the same server that I have saved and it's the same. The temperature is good on my gpu, I keep it monitored, my gpu is not OC.
