Frame/ usage drop

Hello guys well english is not my first language,... Im having a few problems, I don't know why this is happening, so I hope someone here knows haha

Im having a Major Frame and GPU Usage Drop when Im playing... I had installed an MSI GTX 680 Lightning recently and with the newest NVIDIA Driver (314.07),
My Pc: MB: P8p67
GPU: 680 lightning
PS: HX850
M: 8gb 1333hz
CPU: Intel i5 2500k
HHD: 1 T

Game: Battlefiled 3, Medal of Honor Warfighter, Crysis 3
Temp: < 60*
GPU, CPU, Memory : without Overclock

i have the same problem with far cry 3 but there is also coming a noise from my graphics card when it is running normal and when the fps and usage drops the noise disapear the temps are normal and when i play other games it dosen´t happen there is only a little noise im starting to think my card is broken or something

psu? i have 670 and can run bf3 on ultra, no issues. though i reverted to an older driver, bf3 issues with the new driver, soldiers are purple lol
