Framerate loss looking at new Graphics Driver

So Warlords of Draenor released, my computer could easily handle MoP with 80+ frames with crystal clear quality graphics. In Draenor I don't know if its a memory need or if it's time for a graphics update but I can barely pull 50 frames now.It doesn't sound bad but I was going to install newer hardware into my pc eventually I was just wondering if I should upgrade the RAM or the GPU first. (GeForce GTX 750 ti, DDR3 8GB RAM )

Yeah I just researched I'd have to upgrade my power supply as well.
