Question Framerate stuttering

So I'm fairly new to PC gaming so I'm not to sure what to do about this and sorry if this is a bit unclear or missing any info. Basically I am getting crappy framerate in most games I try and play, nvidia experience tries to recomend the best settings which are usually low and I will generally get around 45-59 fps in most triple a games however I will almost always get drops in framerate which makes games unplayable. The PC has generally stable temperatures

My Specs:
gigabyte windforce 1050 ti,
Ryzen 1600 OC 3.6 Ghz with stock Amd wraith cooler,
kingston hyperx fury ddr4 8gb (2x4gb) 2400mhz,
1Tb Hardrive
500w PSU

Any help on this matter would be appreciated

what resolution?
what the cpu temp and usage?

ram and hdd usage?

Corsair 550 Watt VS550 ATX PSU
1920 x 1080 resolution
CPU temp: 51°c
Cpu usuage fluctuating anywhere between 20 to 50%
Ram usage is about 91%
Disk usage is 100%
while playing triple a game
