Framerates @1366x768 while using a q8300 and a GTX 750ti

I have a old Dell PC with the following hardware:-
CPU:- Core2Quad Q8300 @2.5Ghz
Ram:- 8GB DDR2 800Mhz
Graphics card:- EVGA GTX 750ti SC Edition
SSD:- Samsung 850 evo 250GB

I am gonna use this with a 1366x768 monitor (Please don"t suggest a new monitor, as i have a new pc and a new rig) what are the framerates that i'd be looking to get with this setup while playing new titles?

You should be looking at at least 40,some even 60+ on low settings, but should be playable, not that bad of a pc, you can even slightly oc the cpu with the stock cooler, my q9400 reaches 3.2ghz with stock cooling and doesn't go above 65 degrees.
