Frames are bad

I have a 1070 graphics card and a 144 Hz monitor 16 GB of RAM and i get 260 frames but they never stay constant they will drop to 50 the next second then rise again idk what is going on i have to turn V-snce on just to be able to play ok even then my frames go crazy plz help

can you show us how your RAM looks like while you are playing games? press winkey+s. type "resource monitor". performance tab. share the screenshot at imgur and paste the link here.

you can download HWinfo and run only the sensors. just check the CPU temps/freq speed while gaming.
you can watch the video below on how to add them while youre gaming. or yo can just put it in your second monitor or run the game in windowed mode. or just use msi afterburner to monitor your hardware while gaming
