I've had my pc since April and it was fine until the beginning of December but then all of a sudden I started getting 30 frames in COD and almost half frames in any other game. I don't know what is happening.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
GPU: MSI 2060 Super
ram: 16gb crucial ballistix rgb
PSU: Powerspec 550 watt

Solution
Manually download, reinstall, and reconfigure the GPU drivers via MSI's website.

Windows 10 - correct? Look in Reliability History for any error codes, warnings, or informational events that precede or correspond with the frame drops.

Power down, unplug, and open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Reseat all cards, connectors, RAM, and jumpers by sight and feel. Ensure that all are fully and firmly seated.

If the problem continues use Task Manager and Resource Monitor (use both but only one at a time) to observe system performance and look for what changes when the frame rates drop.

Give the above suggestions a try and post accordingly.
