Frames Drop Significantly After 5 Minutes Of Play TIme Then Go Back Up

Hi, so i've had this problem before but i cant remember how i fixed it, im almost certain that it's not a hardware issue because this happened with my old processor and it was fixed then, my specs are: AMD FX 6300, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050ti MSI, 16GB Crucial DDR3 RAM.

Basically the problem is after roughly 5 minutes of playtime in any game, high spec or low spec my frames drop to unbearable playing standards, around 10fps or less in some cases for around 5 - 10 seconds. it renders most games unplayable and its just a massive inconvinience.
Im not really sure what the problem is here, please please help i beg. thankyou for reading.

Did you make sure GPU is not overheating?

Follow the guide and see what happens when FPS drops: temp rises? GPU load drops? etc

hi so my graphics card doesnt overheat, stays at around the 55-60 degrees mark, sorry for the late getting back to you on this though. any other suggestions?
