I have an ASUS AR500W computer. I bought it for my son for Christmas. He is 12 and a huge gamer. Recently I had to defrag his computer I'm not the best with PC's but not the worst either However, the frames in Roblox and Fortnite are dropping and he has to restart his PC due to the black screen and it not coming back on.
Reading this thread I went to the userbenchmark.com and ran a report. Can someone that's a little more advanced put into laymens terms what I need to do to fix this computer?? Please and thank you so much!
Also, it's saying that I have a boot drive partition. How do I fix that? And what is the DSS thing that I need to get?? HELP please. And thank you!

PC Status | Overall this PC is performing way below expectations (15th percentile). This means that out of 100 PCs with exactly the same components, 85 performed better. The overall PC percentile is the average of each of its individual components. Use the charts in the benchmark sections of this report to identify problem areas. |
Processor | With a good single core score, this CPU can easily handle the majority of general computing tasks. Despite its good single core score this processor isn't appropriate for workstation use due to its relatively weak multi-core performance. Finally, with a gaming score of 60.7%, this CPU's suitability for 3D gaming is above average. |
Graphics | 9.47% is a very low 3D score (RTX 2060S = 100%). This GPU can only handle very basic 3D games but it's fine for general computing tasks. |
Boot Drive | The boot partition is located on a mechanical or hybrid drive. Moving the system to an SSD will yield far faster boot times, better system responsiveness and faster application load times. |
Memory | 8GB is enough RAM to run any version of Windows and it's sufficient for the vast majority of games. 8GB is also enough for moderate file and system caches which result in a very responsive system. |
OS Version | Windows 10 is the most recent version of Windows, and the best to date in our opinion. |
