Frames on Minecraft?

I am getting a new pc for strictly minecraft for christmas. Im wondering how much frames would i get on minecraft with optifine on a server? I know building a pc is better but my parents wont let me. You are a lot better building one than pre-built. It's very easy and there are literally hundreds of Youtube videos on how to do so. Here is something I put together for you. That HP will not run Minecraft or any other games very well because there isn't a dedicated video card.

This will destroy Minecraft and many other games. I can't stress it enough, build you're own PC. You'll enjoy it a whole lot more and you'll save money.

I said I cannot build one. My parents will not let me. I understand its easy and this and that but they dont think it is and they wont buy the parts. If this will "destroy" minecraft what gaming pc will that i dont have to build? I CAN NOT build a pc.
