Frames randomly start dropping after installing new fan

I bought a new cpu fan for my pc and after installing it my frames on all my games except overwatch have been awful, and overwatch still had a drop in framerate. I installed the Cooler Master - Hyper T2 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler.

UPDATE: I checked geek bench and my single core score 1977 and my multi core score is 5744. What could be the problem?

Hyper T2 is not very strong cooler. Check temps I bet you hit thermal throttling barrier. Check temps, maybe you forgot to change paste or did put too little.

My cpu is at like 60 degrees its a lot cooler than it was before actually.
