Frames shuttering with new GPU!!!

Okay I just installed my 1060 and everything runs great! My only issue is that as soon as I open OBS to stream, I start getting frame drops in the 5v5 fights(I play Smite...) I've done DDU, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers through GeForce Experience.

Are there certain settings I need to turn on/off? This is even under the lowest settings possible...

I'm currently running:
MSI 970a SLI Krait MOBO
FX 8350 CPU
GTX 1060 GPU
8 GB Ram
Corsair H100 cooler
Lepa MX F1 600W PSU
Windows 10

make sure the mb has the newest bios file to rule out a bios bug. download the newest amd 900 chipset drivers from amd.

It's probably your streaming software, even in win 7 I get frame drops if another program requires the gpu like catzilla or 3d mark even if they're jsut running in the background not actually benching or anything.

I have everything updated. My old GPU handled everything fine. With a 1060 things should be running smoothly...
