Framework 3.0 wont install because of missing files

I am trying to install Framework 3.0 but everytime i try to install it fails because important files are missing i searched but i cant find solution or i dont understand it

"Framework 3.0" is not enough of a description to even start debugging. Do you mean Microsoft .NET Framework? Is this a purchased product? Can you get new install media from the vendor?

Yes, for the Microsoft .NET Framework. Like i want to install Sony Vegas and it needs Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0, i had 4 and 2 but i deleted them and now i am so confused what i have to do

You might want to read the Microsoft article on compatibility between .NET versions. You may be able to use the 4.5 .NET version.

I had .NET Framework 3.0 with the computer but days ago i installed Ashampoo 12 which wanted Framework 4.0 so i installed 4.0 and i wasnt able to work with Vegas, so i deleted it and when i tried to install it said it wanted Framework 3.0 and i clicked on the Install button and it popped a window saying that i am not connected to Internet, but i was connected and yeah my problems started then
