Fraps is recording in a higher frame rate than i am playing

i just downloaded fraps any everything is working great except that in game i have 21-23 fps but when i look at the recording it says that its in 60 frames; even though i have fraps set to 30. How can i play with the best frame rate in game and still record ONLY with 30 frames (because by file size is a gb per minute)

its running at a consistent 60

Download and install FRAFS AVI Info . Open it and drag your Fraps video into it to view the video information report. Next click on the "Copy text to clipboard" button as screenshot below shows to copy the report, and paste in your reply in this thread.
