Fraps Lags Out My Computer.

I have 2 hard drives in my computer both are WD blue 64 MB Cache and 1 Tb. One of them is dedicated for fraps but when i record to it my FPS goes to 1-3 and my CPU maxes out but when i use my other hard drive that runs my OS and games i get 60FPS solid. Why is it doing this and how do i fix it?

Either the 1 HD is dying, or it's on a slower SATA channel in your motherboard are the two things I would think of first.l

My harddrive was not in a master sata port it was in a slave i fixed it
