please tell me which is the best as i am going to buy one of em,here are my pc specs

Wndows 8.1 PRO 64bit
i7 2600k@3.8GHz
12gb RAM 1333MHz (4gbx2,2gbx2)
GTX 780 AMP! Zotac edition
WD 500GB 7200RPM 6GBPS HDD x2

I have absolutely got no temperature problems

Best reviews - tie between Dxtory and Action!
Another option - Nvidia shadowplay

My suggestion: start with shadowplay, since it's free and decent. If it doesn't work for you, up to Action! since it has good deals on some sites and is very nice software. Just be prepared to look up a lot of guides for how to set it up as the UI is intricate.
