My acer one KVA60 powers up but wont boot up.

I have windows 7. I have answers where you download files on a flashstick and restart the acer but that was for XP. Havent found anything for win 7.

Try Safe Mode. Press and hold the F8 key as your computer starts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears.
Choose Safe Mode or Safe Mode with networking.
Will Windows finish loading?
