Question Free alternatives to SPEC CPU 2017

I am looking for free alternatives to SPEC CPU 2017.
Anyone can provide a list of such benchmark suites ?

They make claims of real-world equivalent testing. Only rough equivalent that comes to mind is GeekBench, which also isn't free.

Free tools usually test one or two things. SuperPi or Cinebench for example.

Measuring the dynamic instruction count on a RISC-V processor.
I want the benchmarks from source code so I can compile them
with and without the compiler changes I made to observe that
metric's difference.
