AV suites don't like co-existing; this has been proven time and again. Also, I can't read Indonesian. 🙂

AVG slows your computer down a little if it isn't top notch and Aviria didn't get a good score in a Maximum pc mag.
Get microsoft security essentials. It leaves a smaller foot print on your computer.

My issue with AVG is it seems to miss a lot of stuff. My wife kept getting infected by something that AVG always seemed to let through. Putting Aviria on her system always cleaned it up. I switched her over because I got tired of this.

I thought I was the only one that had that problem with avg. I had to tell my friends and family to switch to something else because of that.

I really like AVG as it was one of the early good free AVs out there. Detection seems to be ok, but for whatever reason she continually picked this one virus up. Not sure what website she was going to that caused it, but removing it was a major pain. (blue screen upon removal, had to reload windows every time.)
