Hello, i need to find a free Direct3D devices compatible with windows XP

Direct3D Devices are not free, it's hardware. If you are having issues, you will be better of posting what is going on, what you tried, any error messages, etc...

You may have an issue with Direct3D drivers, in which case download the video drivers for your system from the PC or video card vendor, and make sure XP is up-to-date with the DirectX version, should be 9c.
