free download blue tooth peripheral device drive

I have a Samsung and a Nokia Cell Phone . I am trying to connect them to my Gateway NV78 laptop with Windows 7 os by Bluetooth with a dongle in the computer. Even though I can do some file interchanging with my Nokia, I am getting an error message that I am missing a peripheral device driver. I get the same message concerning my HP Officejet printer, although it appears to be working well wirelessly. Any ideas?
