Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums. Three things leap to mind.

1. Edit out your e-mail address before the idiots down at SPAM HQ sell it to all and sundry.

2. This is a Vista sub-Forum - are you sure you have Windows 7?

3. To help you find a driver for a peripheral device, we would need to know what the device is and has it ever worked or have you just introduced it to your system?

Sorry there's more questions than answers but Bluetooth itself is probably working on your computer but the new device can't work with it. Have you checked that your Bluetooth radio device is enabled and turned on?
