free download for ibm thinkpad t43 windows XP

My ibm thinkpad t43 came with pre installed windows xp it got deleted how can I get it
For free and install it please help me

Call Lenovo and see if they can send you recovery disks (unlikely, but it's worth a try).

I highly doubt that Lenovo will send you a free OS. How did it get deleted in the first place? Also, Microsoft stopped support for XP on April 8th, so you have to upgrade to Vista, Win 7, 8, or 8.1 (assuming your laptop's hardware is compatible).
