Free download of universal serial bus(usb) controller

I am running Win 7 service pack 1
Board: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A87TD/USB3 Rev 1.xx
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 2001 03/08/2011
2.90 gigahertz AMD Athlon II X4 635

Device Manager says that drivers are not installed for the Universal serial bus controller. message reads:' The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.'

Windows cannot find any drivers when I get it to check for them.

Has anyone any idea what drivers I need?

Select your Windows version and wait for the new page of drivers to appear.
