Hmmm, I wasn't able to find a webcam driver on the Samsung site.

Why don't you try the following:

1. Head to the Device Manager, try disabling and enabling it back again.

2. Uninstall the device through the Device Manager, restart the PC and let Windows reinstall the device for you.

3. Find out the make/model no. (OEM) of the webcam unit from the Device Manager and look it up on the Internet for drivers.
