Free download sound driver for packard bell

cd/dvd will not load to meida player as just stop working it was working fine but when i bort the pc 3 years ago it had a program on it that i wanted to get rid off,it was called easeybits when deleted ithink it was part of the entertainment and its gone with it.?

i 've also the same problem dear.
i have my packard bell laptop.. everything in this device is really appreciable.
but i could not find the driver for sound.. so i'm in trouble. if any information about it is really beneficial to me. i hope some body will send me a link for free download.
