Free mouse from window?

How do I free the mouse from a game window for example, so that can move it across to my second screen? Right now for games it's locked to that window unless I minimize the game which is extremely annoying.

Go to the video settings in game and you need to set it to full screen border less or if the game doesn't have that option you will have to go windowed mode.

tip: when in fullscreen border less use ALT + Tab to swap between programs
