Alright, I know this isn't a forum for phones, but I always go on Tom's Hardware for help with technology, I always get good and quick suggestions here.
So, I bought my friend a new phone for her birthday, and I barely got all the money for it in time. I'm seriously broke right now.
Just after testing out the phone, I realised it's locked to the T-Mobile network! She is on another network though...
I've searched on Google for hours now and it's only giving me pages on which I have to pay for the unlocking.
Please... please! Is there a way to unlock the phone manually (from home) for free? Her birthday's on Friday, and if I don't unlock it until then, I'm screwed!
