fraps is popular and free. it kills your framerate though i hear.

Thanks mate I'll look into it, I tried EM Free Game Capture but it almost killed my PC, and my PC has some grunt too it...

I wouldn't recommend EM Free Game Capture to anyone,

Hopefully Fraps will do better
