What is a good and easy to use special effect software that is for free?
I want to record a video and change the eyes like for example pure black or make them glow.

Damn. Hoped there would be a program where you an change the effects of the eyes. So what paid software then would do that?

Just so you know, even the filters that let you do such things on TikTok and other social media platforms, took a great deal of programming and expertise to develop.

The aforementioned tools likely do those things, but only if you put in the work. You are not likely to find a ready made solution to "change the effects of the eyes", unless you rely upon a social media platform.
